A lightweight Japanese moisturizing emulsion designed for the daily care of skin requiring extra hydration. The formula contains Coix lacryma-jobi (Job's tears) seed extract, which helps maintain the skin in good condition, as well as glycerin, betaine and butyleneglycol, which help bind water in the stratum corneum and reduce the feeling of dryness.

The emulsion has been developed to penetrate the stratum corneum and help retain moisture within it without leaving a heavy, greasy layer on the skin's surface. The mineral oil in the formula has an emollient effect and helps reduce water loss. The product leaves the skin softer, smoother and more supple, and according to the manufacturer, regular use also helps reduce the visibility of fine lines caused by dryness. 

The formula is fragrance-free, dye-free and alcohol-free. The product has also been non-comedogenic tested, although the manufacturer states that this does not guarantee that blackheads will not form in every person.
